Hi, I'm Vivien Henderson, a certified Craniosacral Therapist with a passion for helping others achieve balance and healing in their lives. With years of experience in holistic therapy, I specialize in gentle, non-invasive techniques that support the body’s natural ability to heal. In 2020, I was appointed as Pilot Therapist to introduce the latest program by the Dr John E Upledger Foundation called Heal It Forward. Henderson treated qualified patients in need, who may not have had the resources to pay for services. Described as “treatments of kindness,” this helped to expand the benefit of Craniosacral Therapy and successfully helped so many in need. This led to her transitioning her business into the Upledger Clinic where she is available for therapy. In 2025, I was appointed as Supervisor for the Cancer Therapy Support Program. The program is designed for cancer patients currently receiving treatment who could benefit from complimentary CST supporting them during cancer treatment protocols. My practice is rooted in the belief that the body holds the key to healing itself when given the right tools and environment. Through Craniosacral Therapy, I create a safe, nurturing space where the body can release tension, restore balance, and return to a state of improved wellness.

My Training & Background

I have undergone extensive training and hold specialty certifications In CranioSacral Therapy at the Diplomate level by Upledger Institute International and in Massage Therapy by the National Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Board. I am committed to ongoing education to ensure that I provide the best possible care to my clients.

Why Craniosacral Therapy?
